Team Management

Invite team members to collaborate on managing your storage facilities.

Inviting Members

Only the account owner can send invitations.

1. Go to Settings > Team
2. Click Invite Team Member
3. Enter their email address
4. Select their role:
   • Admin — Full access except billing. Admins cannot invite members, change roles, or remove members.
   • Manager — Can manage facilities, units, and customers but cannot change billing or team settings
   • Staff — Can view dashboards and process day-to-day operations
5. Click Send Invitation

Managing Roles

The account owner can change a team member's role or remove them at any time from the Team settings page.

Team Limits

• Free plans include up to 3 team members
• Pro, Enterprise, and Plus plans have no team member limit
• See the pricing page to compare plans
• The account owner always has full access, including billing and team changes
