StorageFlow's market intelligence helps you make data-driven decisions about pricing.

Features

• Competitor Pricing — See what nearby facilities charge for similar unit sizes
• Your Rates vs. the Market — See which of your unit sizes are priced below, at, or above the local market, and the estimated monthly revenue upside
• Deals Near You — See the promotions competitors are running nearby
• Recent Price Moves — See where competitor rates have recently gone up or down
• Suggested Rates — On the Pricing page, sizes priced below the market show a suggested rate based on the market median

How It Works

Our system aggregates publicly available data from competitor websites and listing platforms. StorageFlow compares those rates with your unit rates, size by size, to show where you stand.

Accessing Market Intelligence

Market intelligence requires a paid plan (Pro, Enterprise, or Plus). See the pricing page to compare plans.

• For one facility: go to Facilities, open the facility, and click Market Intelligence
• For all your facilities: go to Reports > Market Intelligence

AI Analysis Credits

Market intelligence does not use AI analysis credits. Credits are used by Property Analysis, the AI underwriting tool in the sidebar: each property analysis uses one credit. Pro plans include 10 credits per month, Enterprise plans include 50, and Plus plans include 200. On Pro, you can turn on pay-as-you-go overages in Billing to keep going after you reach the limit.
