Text messages
Greenspace Acres sends SMS only after you opt in, for account notifications such as payment reminders, payment confirmations, rent-due alerts, late notices, and access updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or rental. We do not sell SMS consent or phone numbers to third parties for their own marketing. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for their marketing.
How information is used
Greenspace Acres uses contact, lease, and payment details to provide storage, bill rent, and send the notices you agreed to. Payment card data is processed by the payment provider and is not stored as a full card number on this policy page.
Who processes your information
Greenspace Acres uses StorageFlow to run this website, its tenant portal and its rental records. StorageFlow processes your information on behalf of Greenspace Acres and does not sell it. StorageFlow in turn uses service providers to do so: Stripe (payments), Twilio (text messages and phone calls), Resend (email), Supabase and Vercel (hosting and storage), Seam (gate and lock access, which receives access codes), OpenStreetMap (maps and addresses), PostHog (site analytics), and xAI (AI features, such as the assistant staff use, which can see the records they are asked about).
Cookies, analytics and session recording
This website and the tenant portal use cookies to keep you signed in, and PostHog analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. PostHog may record your session on these pages (clicks, scrolling and page views) so problems can be fixed. Text and form fields are masked in those recordings, and the contents of network requests are not recorded. This site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
Phone calls
If Greenspace Acres uses StorageFlow's AI phone assistant, a call to Greenspace Acres may be answered by an automated assistant. Call audio is processed by an AI voice service (ElevenLabs for calls to the facility, Cartesia for calls back that you request on this website), and the call may be recorded or transcribed. The caller's number, the call time and length, the outcome and any message you leave are kept with Greenspace Acres's records. You can ask for a person at any time, and you do not need to use the phone assistant to rent.
How long information is kept
Lease, payment and notice records are kept for as long as Greenspace Acres needs them to provide storage and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Text-message consent and opt-out records are kept as mobile carriers require. Session recordings are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
