Connecting Stripe for Payment Processing

StorageFlow uses Stripe to securely process all payments.

Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click Connect Stripe Account
3. You will be redirected to Stripe to create or connect an existing account
4. Complete the Stripe onboarding process (business verification, bank account details)
5. Once connected, you will be redirected back to StorageFlow

What Stripe Handles

• Credit card and ACH bank transfer processing
• PCI compliance and secure card storage
• Automatic payouts to your bank account
• Refund processing
• Dispute management

Fees

Stripe's standard processing fees apply to every payment. StorageFlow also takes:

• your plan's rent share on each tenant payment (1% on Pro and Enterprise, 0.5% on Plus), capped each month, so your bill never goes past your plan's maximum (see Pricing);
• a $0.50 platform fee on each card payment (none on ACH bank payments);
• Stripe's 0.25% payout fee, passed through at cost.

Who pays the card fees, you or your tenant, is set in each facility's settings.

Testing

In development mode, you can use Stripe test cards to simulate transactions before going live.
